Scugog's winter parking regulations take effect on November 1. Starting on that date, no parking will be permitted on township roads between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m., to keep roads clear for winter operations and maintenance.

The overnight restriction runs from November 1 through April 15. Vehicles parked on township roads during the restricted hours may be subject to ticketing and towing.

The report does not list exemptions or permit rules beyond the overnight township-road ban.
