Durham Regional Police say an unknown male took a package that had been shipped for a customer to pick up at MedPlus Pharmacy, 111 Simcoe Street North in Oshawa. The incident occurred Tuesday, August 4, at about 3:05 p.m., police said.
Police say the same male attended Orono General Store, 5331 Main Street, on Thursday, August 27, at about 5 p.m. He allegedly used a fraudulent driver’s licence to take a package left for pickup. The customer discovered it was missing when they later went to the store.
DRPS describes the person sought as a White male about 25 years old, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, with a slim build, short black hair, and a black baseball hat, moustache and goatee. Police say photos are attached to their release; this article uses a neutral illustration and does not depict the person.
