Simcoe Hall Settlement House in Oshawa is asking the community for donations of clean, reusable bags to pack its holiday food hampers, the organization says.
The hampers go to families in need during the holiday season and contain food and other essential items, Simcoe Hall says. Donations of reusable bags can be dropped off at Simcoe Hall Settlement House, 387 Simcoe St. S. in Oshawa.
Registration for the Holiday Food Hamper Program is now closed because capacity was reached, Simcoe Hall says, and hampers will be distributed December 17 to 19, 2026.
