Police describe the suspect as a man approximately 30 to 40 years old, about 5-foot-8 with a medium build, a dark goatee and moustache, wearing a grey hoodie, dark jeans, a black jacket, a grey hat and black boots at the time of the incidents.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Constable Pardy of the Central East Criminal Investigations Branch at 905-579-1520, ext. 1605, police say. The investigation remains ongoing, and no arrest has been announced.
