Clarington says Council has withdrawn its Notice of Intention to Designate the property at 1 Veterans Avenue in Bowmanville under the Ontario Heritage Act.
The earlier notice sought to designate the property as having architectural and historical value under Part IV of the Act. The withdrawal is issued under subsection 29(9). The notice is dated September 25, 2026.
