Ontario's Standing Committee on Finance and Economic Affairs will hold a public hearing in Ajax on Wednesday, December 16, 2026, as part of its 2027 pre-budget consultations, the committee says.
People who want to make an oral presentation at the Ajax hearing must register by 12 p.m. EST on Wednesday, December 9, 2026, the committee says. Written submissions will be accepted until 12 p.m. EST on Thursday, February 4, 2027.
Registration and written submissions are through the Legislative Assembly website at ola.org/en/apply-committees, and the committee says hearings will be streamed live from location when available.
