Police seek suspects after Pickering home invasion

DRPS says suspects broke into a Pickering residence, assaulted tenants, stole items, and fled in a vehicle.

Durham Regional Police Service says investigators are looking for at least three suspects following a home invasion in Pickering.

Police said members of West Division responded at about 10:05 p.m. on Saturday, May 2, to a break-and-enter call at a residence in the area of Apricot Lane and Skyridge Boulevard.

According to DRPS, at least three suspects broke into the home, assaulted tenants, stole multiple items, and fled the area in a vehicle.

Investigators are asking anyone who was in the area between 9 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. to come forward if they have information or footage that may assist police.

People with cell phone video, dash-cam footage, surveillance footage, or information can contact the Auto Robbery Crime Unit at 1-888-579-1520 ext. 5355.

Anonymous tips can be provided through Durham Regional Crime Stoppers, where tipsters may be eligible for a cash reward.
