The City of Pickering has posted notices for a Committee of Adjustment hearing scheduled for Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 7 p.m. The hearing will be held electronically, and the city says members of the public may participate to provide verbal comments.
The notice lists variance files MV 48/26 at 1255 Talisman Manor, MV 49/26 at 1780 Appleview Road, MV 50/26 at 1481 Edmund Drive and MV 51/26 at 1910 Glendale Drive. The notice also lists files LD 02/26 to LD 05/26 and MV 14/26 to MV 17/26 for 145 and 151 Twyn Rivers Drive. The individual hearing notices contain the application details and requested variances or consent descriptions.
