Durham Region Transit says Glenanna Road is closed between Kingston Road and Pickering Parkway for construction from Monday, August 31, through Friday, September 25, 2026. The notice lists routes 112, 118, 121, 211, 917, 920B, Pulse 900B and Pulse 916 as affected.
Westbound trips on Pulse 900B, Pulse 916 and 920B detour via Valley Farm Road and Pickering Parkway. Stops 1607, at Kingston westbound and Valley Farm, and 1915, at Glenanna southbound and The Esplanade on the south side, are not being served for those routes. A temporary stop is available on Valley Farm Road southbound at Kingston Road, approximately 100 metres south of Kingston Road.
Routes 112, 121, 118, 211 and 917 detour via Kingston Road, Valley Farm Road and Pickering Parkway. Stop 1915 at Glenanna southbound and the south-side stop at The Esplanade is also not being served for these routes. DRT says all stops along the detour route will be served.
