Durham Region Transit published a detour update on July 25 for PULSE 901 and Route N2. The notice says the changes apply from July 13 until further notice because of ongoing bridge construction on Simcoe Street and a road closure on Park Road.
PULSE 901 southbound is routed via Gibb Street, Stevenson Road and Bloor Street. Northbound buses use Bloor Street, Stevenson Road, Gibb Street, Centre Street and Fairbanks Street.
Route N2 southbound is routed via Olive Avenue, Ritson Road and Bloor Street. DRT says stops on Simcoe Street between Olive Avenue and Bloor Street are not served; a temporary stop is available on Bloor Street westbound, 100 metres west of Simcoe Street.
The notice says all stops along the detour routing will be served and gives no end date.
