Durham Region Transit has posted a new schedule for PULSE route 900, one of six routes getting updated timetables effective Monday, Oct. 19, 2026. The new schedule and route map are now available on DRT's website, and riders along the Highway 2 corridor should review the new trip times before the change takes effect.
PULSE 900 serves four Durham municipalities — Pickering, Ajax, Whitby and Oshawa — on the Highway 2 corridor. It runs from the University of Toronto Scarborough campus and Centennial College's Morningside campus in the west, along Kingston Road and Dundas Street West through Pickering, Ajax and Whitby, to Ritson Road in Oshawa in the east. It serves the Pickering Parkway Terminal and connects the region's lakefront communities along the Highway 2 spine.
DRT says that between Glenanna Road in Pickering and Ritson Road in Oshawa, riders can catch a bus every 15 minutes or better, seven days a week from morning until evening. Overnight service is available on the Blue Night Route N1. A 900+ branch pattern provides additional trips on part of the corridor.
Schedule times are shown in the 24-hour clock, and dashes in the timetable indicate a stop not served by a particular trip. With service spanning four municipalities, riders making cross-region trips should double-check their connections under the new timetable.
