Durham Region Transit has posted new schedules for Routes 410 and 423, among six routes getting updated timetables effective Monday, Oct. 19, 2026. The new schedules and route map are now available on DRT's website, and Oshawa riders should review the new trip times before the change takes effect.
Routes 410 and 423 are Oshawa routes, running entirely within the City of Oshawa. The two routes link the Oshawa Centre Terminal with the Harmony Terminal in north Oshawa. Route 410 runs via Gibb Street, Olive Avenue, King Street East and Townline Road, while Route 423 runs north on Harmony Road to the Coldstream Drive area and the Nancy Diamond Boulevard neighbourhood.
DRT says that between the Oshawa Centre Terminal and Harmony Road, riders can catch a bus every 20 minutes or better, Monday to Friday from morning until evening — a turn-up-and-go frequency on the corridor. DRT also notes that 24-hour service is available, with overnight trips provided by DRT On Demand or an alternate scheduled route.
Schedule times are shown in the 24-hour clock, and dashes in the timetable indicate a stop not served by a particular trip. Riders connecting at either terminal should check the new departure times, as even frequent corridors can see timing adjustments with a new schedule.
