Durham Region Transit has posted a new schedule for Route 306, one of six routes getting updated timetables effective Monday, Oct. 19, 2026. The new schedule and route map are now available on DRT's website, and Whitby riders should review the new trip times before the change takes effect.
Route 306 is a Whitby route, running entirely within the Town of Whitby. It serves west Whitby, running from Des Newman Boulevard and Coronation Road south through the Rossland Road West area, then along Dundas Street West, Annes Street and Burns Street West to Whitby Station, where riders can connect to GO Transit. It links residential neighbourhoods in the Coronation Road and Rossland corridors directly to the GO station.
DRT notes that 24-hour service is available on the route, with overnight trips provided by DRT On Demand or an alternate scheduled route. Schedule times are shown in the 24-hour clock, and dashes in the timetable indicate a stop not served by a particular trip.
