Durham Region Transit has posted a new schedule for Route 112, one of six routes getting updated timetables effective Monday, Oct. 19, 2026. The new schedule and route map are now available on DRT's website, and riders on the Brock Road corridor in Pickering should review the new trip times before the change takes effect.

Route 112 is a Pickering route, running the Brock Road corridor entirely within the City of Pickering. It links the Brock Road Park & Ride at Highway 407 — with GO Transit connections — south along Brock Road to the Pickering Parkway Terminal. Branch 112B serves the Peter Matthews Drive and Burkholder Drive area, while branch 112+ covers Tillings Road, Dersan Street, Major Oaks Road and Valley Farm Road on its way south to the terminal.

The new map shows branch 112B on a temporary routing around Peter Matthews Drive. That lines up with Regional lane restrictions on Peter Matthews Drive scheduled from Oct. 12 to Nov. 20 for catch basin and maintenance hole work, so riders in that area should expect the detour routing to stay in place through the construction.

DRT notes that 24-hour service is available on the route, with overnight trips provided by DRT On Demand or an alternate scheduled route. Schedule times are shown in the 24-hour clock, and dashes in the timetable indicate a stop not served by a particular trip.
