Uxbridge Council approved the addition of an off-leash optional dog trail at the Brookdale Tract on September 15. The tract is located at 717 Brookdale Rd.
The Township says the trail will allow people to explore the system with dogs off leash while continuing to welcome other visitors.
Uxbridge says a trail connection, parking lot, fencing and signage must be completed before the trail can open to the public.
