Durham Region is advising Clarington residents of lane restrictions on Bowmanville Avenue (Regional Road 57), Durham Regional Highway 2 and Stevens Road, ongoing until October 31, weather permitting.
The restrictions cover Bowmanville Avenue from 50 metres south of Highway 2 to 200 metres north of Stevens Road, Highway 2 from 110 metres west of Boswell Drive to 230 metres east of Bowmanville Avenue, and Stevens Road from 60 metres west to 130 metres east of Bowmanville Avenue.
The work is to safely complete road rehabilitation and paving, and drivers are asked to exercise caution for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and work crews.
