Whitby Town Hall roof replacement and concrete repairs are scheduled from Wednesday, September 30, to Friday, October 16, 2026. Work will take place daily from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The west entrance stairs will be temporarily closed on certain days for concrete repairs. The closure dates are weather-dependent, and the Town has not specified which days the entrance will be closed.
Occupants may experience intermittent construction noise from equipment, demolition and installation activities. East and south building access routes will remain available at all times.
The work is at Town Hall, 575 Rossland Road East in Whitby. The Town says the east and south access routes will remain open throughout the repair period.
