Oshawa Animal Services is marking PetSmart Charities National Adoption Week, Oct. 19-25, inviting residents to meet adoptable shelter animals at two Oshawa PetSmart locations during regular store hours, the City says. The participating stores are PetSmart Oshawa at 891 Taunton Rd. E. and PetSmart Oshawa (Ritson) at 222 Ritson Rd. N.
Visitors can meet adoptable pets, learn about the adoption process and help a shelter animal find a forever home, according to Oshawa Animal Services, which provides a safe and warm space for lost and found animals within Oshawa.
