Athol St. W in Oshawa closing to through traffic Oct 15, 16, 19 and 20

The City of Oshawa says Athol Street West will be closed to through traffic between Centre Street North and Simcoe Street North on October 15, 16, 19 and 20, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.

A hard closure will be set up in front of 39 Athol Street West while a mobile crane lifts material onto the site; full access to the Michael Starr building will be maintained, and the road will reopen after working hours each day.

Road closure and detour signs will be posted to provincial standards. The city advises that no through access will be available for emergency vehicles during the closure hours.
